get to know me

Welcome to my corner of the world

hello!

Thanks for visiting my page. I am Louise, a London based photographer. I have always been a creative, ever since I was a little girl watching my father as a designer and painter.

My own love for photography began early on, visiting different countries and capturing moments through the lens. It brings a sense of enjoyment and calm to a very busy world, but also a way I can express myself.

I'm a London girl at heart, but also love fresh sea air, Pilates and discovering new hidden gems.

My career started early on in London working in fashion design, where part of my job was Product Photography. Learning on the job not only showed me the ins and outs of a working industry, it made me realise my strong interest in the photography side of things.

This then led me to work at WGSN, a world leading trend forecasters, with clients such as Vogue and Alexander Mc Queen to name a few.

Here I had access to thousands of well curated trends and a treasure trove of new Pantone colours, images and textures. A girls paradise! Vibing with moodbaords!

After the birth of my first child, it just seemed natural to pursue my long passion for photography, enrolling onto a course at the British Academy of photography, which has taken me on a journey into this wonderful craft.

My Style

Life is so fast paced these days, it's hard to hold onto special moments, especially becoming new parents. Trying to hold onto key moments of your little bundles of joy can be somewhat hard through a sleep deprived foggy brain. Let me help you capture these through my lens. My style is very organic, relaxed, down to earth vibe.

A natural glimpse of day light, myself and my camera is all that is needed. No props just you and your loved ones captured in a moment of time.

I want you to feel comfortable and happy, as this is when the real moments happen. I believe that good photography can hold a key to a memory and a place dear in our heart.
